Well, over on the jingle belles challenge blog, the gals have challenged us to create a card that has a minimum of 3 different patterned papers. Ordinarily, this is not a difficult task for me...for those of you that have been following me know how I adore mixing up papers but if you haven't noticed already...I 'tend' to stay with the same collection. Well, I am determined to use my neglected stash so I knew that I wanted to use Cosmo Cricket's Jolly by Golly...the thing is, the sheets are slim pickings...
What I decided to do is to stick with the more green palette patterns and then spice it up with some fun pink stitching and seam binding ribbon {Thanks Sherry!}. Pah-hooey that you can't make out the sweet Making Memories silver tag that is hanging from the button, it has 'happy holidays' engraved on it...over edited the pic and didn't notice that part:(
I was inspired by the latest Cardabilities sketch:
In case you didn't know, I have some stuff for sale...I'll be adding more and more as the weeks go by...
