Middle of the week...wooo hooooo....Wednesday's mean Jingle Belles day here on my blog. I'm so grateful for Lauren and Stef, they are making me really enjoy building up my Christmas Card stash this year. I tend to hijack their blog title too:)
I had a ton of fun with this card...I adore pink and red together...add pops of black and I'm a happy camper:)
This week's challenge is to incorporate some sewing on your card...easy smeasy for me because I tend to stitch on all my cards..

ReplyDeleteyeah, i kinda felt like i was cheating this week-- cause i almost always stitch too, but not EVERYONE does, and this makes up for the scarily hard "no patterned paper" week, right??!?! ;)

ReplyDeletegreat colour scheme - the black is just perfect. the stitching is lovely and this was a good challenge for me as I am lazy with the cards and never take the time! I obviously need to take a leaf out of your book!

ReplyDeleteHoly moses, this is too cool for school. Love how you cut the red and pink paper to look like scallops on the right and left, just like the sketch. And the papers you chose, jeepers, yum!! Love that gorgeous ornament too!!
