I adore paper lanterns, don't you?  Hang them up in the backyard and instant Garden Party!

Very cool. For the most part we don't get rain (I'm in so cal). The one time I went to Seattle I was hoping and packed for rain.. not a single drop. Perfect weather the whole week. I hope you get some sunshine. I would want rain.
