A super CAS card using a The Craft's Meow set:

Typically Teen
{artist:  Karen Baker}




It's Karen Baker day on my blog!

This is actually a makeover card...it was originally a simple one layer card.  It was hittin' me, kwim?  So it's been shuffling around various places in my house...haha...and I caught sight of it and decided to slice into it....add some stitching and mount it on a white card base...BAM...makes me happy now.

I was inspired by the current CAS-ual Friday challenge:

I love that swipe of colour! And the stitching is the perfect addition - I have that happen too, a card that just isn't quite *right* and needs a couple days to mull over.

I really like how your simple layout puts all the emphasis on this fantastic sentiment. What great advice! This would be perfect for girl grads...and a 'not pink' color would be great for guy grads. It's a perfect sentiment for starting a new venture.
