Hello!

I have a fun little card to share today...full of texture:

I'm totally smitten with the Danita Art images over at 100 Proof Press!

I've nestled her on a much hoarded Jenni Bowlin Bingo Card...I'm t r y i n g to let go...to not hoard.  Can you tell what she's holding...a cork heart.

The card base is Gmund woodgrain cardstock...this stuff is awesome...highly ingrained, thick cardstock..another goodie I'm trying to not hoard.

What are the things you tend to hoard?

Just a reminder...

For you chickies that signed up for the Let's Get Trendy Now 2...you have until October 12th to upload your projects into the Flickr account {or link back via the appropriate blog post} to be eligible for some very fun prizes!

Did you know that this is second edition of Let's Get Trendy Now?

During our first session, one of our prompts was to use confetti:

The pic of my girl was taken by my boy.

The confetti was punched out of Basic Grey Plumeria's collection...they are actually sandwiched between acetate to keep them intact.  The Plumeria blooms were fussy cut.....

The girl is a senior this year...she recently received an AP Scholar with Distinction Award, earned when she was a junior.  I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of this girl...how much I love her...how much she makes me laugh...how much she drives me c-r-a-z-y...

I'm beyond thankful for my children...

This is wonderful Amy. I hoard too many things, mostly I buy a lot of stamp sets that never see ink because I'm intimidated I can't make something as nice as I've seen others make! :) Kudos for your girl. Definitely a reason to be proud!

What a fun card Amy and the addition of that little cork heart is perfect. I think we are all hoarders and it is only bad when you forget what you have. I know I do it way too much.

I used to hoard paper like nobody's business. However, once I realized how far it goes for card makers, and there is ALWAYS, 100% of the time, something new that I love just as much or better, I cut without compunction!

To the Senior Girl: you are awesome! Great job on that award!

I loooooove that bingo card, I would totally hoard that too!

I think I'll start posting pics on my blog of things I've hoarded over the years, like seriously hoarded, to the point of needing to get medical help for hoarding, then make a project or something. Man, that'd be interesting! When I think of using stuff that I hoard to a fault, it conjures up feelings that I wonder if I can tackle??? LOL LOL
