Paper Smooches: you + me = awesome

I'm on week 2 of my Paper Smooches Guestie gig!

Here's one of my two cards for today:

Surprise, Surprise!

If you've been following me for any length of time, you know that I'm a coffee-a-holic.  I love anything and everything associated with the stuff.

So today's card was inspired by the Starbucks that is by my daughter's apartment.  It's one that has the newer feature, Starbucks Evening.  It has a completely different menu available after 4 pm.   Anywho's, it is a large Starbucks with a great atmosphere and design plan....

I knew that I wanted to play with the 

Squared Die

I used my MUCH hoarded Cherry Wood paper that I bought from the now closed, Paper Zone.  I die cut and covered up the back with Scor-tape.  I wanted to keep the pattern intact for design flow.

I upcycled a Starbucks coffee sleeve and heat embossed the sentiment
