Today is the day!  The November Hero Arts My Monthly Hero kit is now available!  The kit was designed as a DIY, with ornaments, advent calendar containers, garlands, and lanterns (when cut-out in vellum and placed over tree lights) in mind - and beyond Christmas as party and wedding favors!

You should have arrived here from my teamie, May Park's blog!  If not, you'll want to start at the beginning of the hop which is on the Hero Arts blog!

The Main Kit:

The kit contains:
► A 4"x6" clear stamp set
► A set of 13 dies for creating diamond-shaped ornaments and embellishments
► A VersaMark ink cube
► White Puff embossing powder
► 10 half sheets of vellum cardstock
► 2 half sheets of each cardstock: metallic red, metallic blue and patterned
► Ornament hooks and more!

The kit value is $60, an amazing deal at $34.99.

There are several optional add-on items:

Also available for purchase:  A special Mystery Treat Bag - for tag making, so includes printed tags, a stamp, twine and an ink cube!  Mystery Stocking Stuffera grab bag of 5 little Christmas-themed stamps, good for filling advent calendars or stuffing stockings!

I know, right?!  TONS of goodness but remember, the Main Kit is available for a limited time only...when it's gone, it is gone!

I have a couple projects to share with you today.  I used the main kit in the traditional way:

How fun are those?!  I'm so excited...these will go on the kids' plates for Thanksgiving.  They are filled with a yummy Lindt treat (fits perfectly!).

Did you notice the CUTE tags...oh my sweet!  There are 3 different shapes and they are all fabulous.  I used the vellum that came in the kit and also Foliage Mixed Layering Papers along with Earth Mixed Layering Papers.

Did you see my Countdown to Creativity post on Friday?  I used the Main Kit and combined it with the optional add-on, Little Messages Stamp & Cut.

I wanted to show you how versatile the kit is...you can easily whip up card designs too!

Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader - selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop. Giveaway closes Sunday, November 13 at 11:59pm, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the following week.

Next up is another one of my teamies, Clare Prezzia!

I'm a teacher and my class makes 3 to 5 Christmas ornaments each year so that the students will have something to remember the year and to give to their parents as a gift. I think this die would be great to give to each kid unfolded and let them decorate and assemble they way they want to.
