Here's how I was inspired:
I definitely drawn to the patterns, colors and texture!
I started with the Reverse Confetti Drop Cover Panel confetti cut in Stone. I backed it with a Midnight panel.
The vellum circle is from the Fa La La Circle confetti cut and the sentiment and 'hat' is from Sno-Awesome stamps + coordinating confetti cuts.
