What's the Scoop | Inspired by Challenge - Sweet on You

Today starts a new Inspired by Challenge and it's SWEET!.  There's also an optional sketch challenge:


Here's how I was inspired:


I'm a fruitarian and couldn't believe that I didn't have more sets with cherries!  I did find this [retired] MFT Stamps, Sweet on You set.  


I teamed it up with their Crosshatch Polka.  It's my first time inking it up, I used Reverse Confetti Stone ink.  The red is their Brick, it's a gorgeous red, isn't it?  The cone has also been inked up in Stone.


I was going to use a dark brown cardstock for the candy shell but decided to go glittery, why not? The mint base is by CTMH.

It's obvious where our minds could be found today, amy! Ice cream is yummy, and your cone is just darling, BUT I can't wait for our trip to our favorite yogurt place!

Love your soft, clean style, Amy. The cross hatch accents around the card base really drew my eye in, even though they're stamped in a light color. Of course, the ice cream cone is the 'cherry on top' to your sweet card. Have a great evening!
