Hit That | Ellen Hutson LLC

I'm back with another project featuring the new Essentials by Ellen February Release.  It's available at Ellen Hutson LLC.  Today I've combined the new Hit That with the Essential Ovals for Stitching Die set:

Let's start with the Essential Dies for Stitching collection.  They come in Squares, Rectangles, Ovals and Circles and they coordinate with the standard Essential Shape Dies.  The Stitching dies pierce holes which can be easily stand alone on your project.  I've used the Essential Ovals for Stitching along with the Essential Ovals to create a frame.

I used The 12 Days Collection, DMC Embroidery Floss by Essentials by Ellen.  I used 3 strands with needles I picked up from Amazon that also contained plastic Needle Threaders.  I did pick up upholstery needles but they were too large.

I kept my overall design clean and simple with some basic stitching and copic coloring.

This little stamp set packs a punch and I have some other ideas swirling around so stay tuned.  I remember when my kids were younger they also wanted pinatas at their parties.

The card is A2 with the stitched panel at 3.75 inches wide.

In case you missed my post from yesterday, here's a peek at my card that features the Guac On set:

I'll be back tomorrow with the final new set!
