Sharing a bunch of stuff this Saturday Morning...Here's a layout I put together:
All the paper is ala Echo Park...LOVE their stuff...a ton.
I was inspired by Twisted Sketch #63:
So that's why I have that folded number on my page...it is held together with zig zag stitching ala vintage thread! Although it doesn't lay straight, I believe that is what gives the layout a whimsical feel:)
The canvas flower is Jillibean {patting myself on the back for not hoarding}, the buttons are PTI and the alpha is Thickers, of course:)
I Love this Life
{yes, I do!}
All the patterned paper is Pink Paislee...I cut out the bird image...slapped on some Martha Glitter Glue and coated it with Martha Glitter! The pearls are by KaiserCrafts and the tiny bloom is vintage Prima:) Everything is nestled on a PTI Kraft base...
I've been loving the sketch challenges over on Skipping Stones Design:
Okay, I just wanted to share a couple more pictures from my recent mid-western vaca:) These were taken in a small, small, small town in Eastern Montana...I have 2 words for you:
Pitchfork Fondue:
I kid you not...it was pretty tasty:)
Check out their petite "elephant ears"...
I definitely had my taste of "small town living"....Could I ever live in a small town? I actually live in a small suburb of Seattle but the convenience of the access to big city happenings is something that I really enjoy:) Oh yeah, and I can't live without my Starbucks:)
Be on the lookout for my Blog Candy Slingings....bear with me since I'm also doing my Garage Sale this morning until 1 pm PDT :)

Sweet greetings,
Saskia :)
The card? Happy, cheerful & full o' sparkle...guaranteed to make anyone smile. :>
Two suburbs o' Seattle came straight to mind upon reading (one starts with "B" and the other "K")....we had considered moving back when I was a teenager & had even gone and looked at houses there. Such a small world! :>:> And I hear ya on the convienences of a big city nearby (not to mention, the culture & diversity!).....I live in a very small town, but I'm still close enough to a major city to reap the benefits! :>
I about gasped...check that! I *Did* gasp when I saw "Saturday"...I was thinking, "What do you mean, Saturday?! Its not nearly that late..." Oh yes it is! And what?! Seriously, what?! are my eyes still doing UP?! So, its off to bed I must go. Have a very merry weekend, Amy! :>
What exhaustion will do to an already chatty gal.
