This little piggy | Hello Bluebird

So I should know better than to quickly craft.  I whipped up this sweet card using the Hello Bluebird, Autumn Gatherings + Pig Day stamp sets:

Those guys are so much fun, aren't they?

Love the Grassy Knoll dies!

So I was originally inspired by the Just Us Girls color challenge:

I may have forgotten the orange (sigh).

For Someone Special | Reverse Confetti

I love pattern paper, how about you?  Today I'm featuring the Reverse Confetti Paper Bliss 6x6 with the Banner in Bloom stamp set.

A clean + simple design.  I really wanted to have the pattern strip as part of the focal point because it's one of my favorite patterns.

I even worked on the interior, something that I don't do often:

I was inspired by CAS(E) this sketch!

Congrats | Lawn Fawn

I was totally smitten by THIS card on the Lawn Fawnatics blog.  It was my inspiration for my card:

My intention was to make it an interactive design and then I went 'old school' and used a wobble on the back of that jumping frog.  I love the Lawn Fawn Toadally Awesome set.

I made this especially for my boy that is moving into a different place in Brooklyn with 2 roommates.  If you knew my boy, you'd know which frog he was (wink).

National Tea Day Collaboration with Honey Bee Stamps!

The Coffee Loving Cardmaker's Design Team is so excited to be hopping with Super Sponsor Honey Bee Stamps in celebration of National Tea Day!  If you hopped here from my teamie, Laurel Seabrook then you're right on track.  If you stumbled upon this post, make sure you start on the Honey Bee Stamps blog.

Make sure you leave comments along the way for more chances to win!  There will be two $30 Honey Bee Stamps gift cards for prizes!

I had so much fun with the Tea Time set:

My first design is a shaker card!  I heat embossed the sentiment on the darker panel.  I may have clipped the Coffee Helps. sentiment from the Perfect Blend set.

My second card is more clean and crisp with plenty of white space.  The pattern paper is from the same pad that a friend gifted me.  I thought that the colors were perfect!

That's it for me, next up is Brenda Noelke with the Honey Bee Stamps design team!

The full listing is available on both the Honey Bee Stamps + Coffee Loving Cardmaker's blog!

Doggone Wonderful | My Favorite Things

I whipped this up this morning, actually when I was on a conference call (multi-tasker!).

I knew I had to ink up the MFT BB Best in Show set.  On my walk yesterday I met thee cutest corgi pup!  She was so sweet!  This morning I grabbed a bunch of supplies and went to work!

You can't go wrong with rainbow stripe paper!

hoppy for you | Reverse Confetti

Happy Friday Eve!  I started this in the morning and then dashed out for a day full of errands.  I was able to jump back in and still capture some natural sunlight for my photography.  I do have a new studio light but haven't figured out the glares off 'shiny supplies' but definitely prefer natural sunlight.  The lighting is AWESOME to color with.

Anyways, to my project:

I've combined Reverse Confetti Spring Pals + Fall For You.

Love the sweet colors in the Forever My Love paper pad.

I was inspired by the Card Concept:

I'm definitely in the Clean and Simple group.  That sweet bunny was my inspiration and the overall color palette.

Feeling Slothy | Newton's Nook Designs

I've been wanting to combine Newton's Nook Designs Slothy Coffee + Cuppa Cactus, so here's how I was inspired:

That sloth is so cute, eh?  Love how the coordinating die cuts in the interior of the mug handle too.  I had tons of fun coloring this card.  I haven't colored in a bit.  It makes it easier for me to works with a handful of colors throughout the entire design.

I'm not much of a navy girl in terms of coloring but love the dramatic pops that it adds to the design.
