keep calm and sip on...

Hello and Happy Friday Eve!

This card posted over on the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog the other day and I wanted to share it over here:

I'm simply smitten with glassine envelopes...this one was perfect for the 'tag' I made:

I stamped the stacked cups & saucers with the help from my girl.

I generally stamp from the bottom and work up...but with this particular masking, you need to start at the top and work done....masking off the saucer.

Little touches like cork on the top of the 'tag' and the Timeless Twine Aqua Delight now transform the 'tag' into a bookmark!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

hero arts.

I'm switching things up today and slinging out some

g o l b   y d n a c
{read it backwards}

Why do I type it that way?  It might be me, but it seems goodies bring people out of the woodwork and I want to keep this to the peeps that come here to see my projects, not for the goodies.

New Hero Arts

answer this question and then link up:

Wood Mount or Clear

my answer:  I've definitely become the clear girl...easy to stamp and easy to store.

I have a ton of wood mount that I haven't touched in a long time...I should sell them but they are so pretty:)

Timeless Twine New Release Blog Hop: Just a Note...

Hello and Welcome to the Timeless Twine New Color Release Blog Hop!

You should have arrived here from my teamie Amy Kolling's blog

If not, you'll want to start at the beginning of the blog hop so that you don't miss any of the fun

Here's my card:

I braided the twine with a total of 9 strands...I struggled figuring out an easy way to do it.  I tried several times to get my washi tape to help me out but no such luck:

I have a "Clip it Up" so I used one of the many stray clips that I have on my work desk...that worked like a charm...9 strands of twine and all!

In order to accomodate the bulk of the twine, I decided to put my card panel on foam dots so that the panel wouldn't 'buckle" from the twine.

This natural is gorgeous....

You can easily ink it up with your copic markers or whatever you have on hand!

Two lucky hoppers will win a spool!

Rules of the giveaway are super simple:

Leave a comment on this post
Leave a comment on each blog in the hop
Follow Timeless Twine's blog
Follow each blog in the hop!

Next up is my fab teamie, Ana Maria:
