The winners will be posted on the Trinity Stamps' blog June 5th.

I had so much fun playing with the Coffee With Character and Caffeinated Sentiments.

I wanted to incorporate one of the blues from their packaging, so I dug through my gazillion paper pads and found a vintage October Afternoon pad that was perfect.

I love the bold lines in the coffee set, I couldn't help inking up that fun croissant too.

I'm a huge fan of mixed font sentiments, isn't the one that I used fun?

My card was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches:

I decided to whip up another card using the same papers and stamps:

I love the look of clustered images set off in different heights with the use of foam adhesive.  I stamped up a bunch of the images and colored them with copics.  I used the cup/saucer, along with the tea bag, spoon, lemon wedge and donut.

The donut I transformed into a matcha tea donut...yum.

I'm an equal opportunity caffeine drinker.  I toggle between coffee + tea.  I load up on coffee in the morning and then will enjoy tea in the afternoon.

Don't you love the sentiment, oh those fonts are fabulous.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Up next is the oh-so-awesome Carly Minner!

In case you get lost along the way, here's the complete hop listing:

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop (proj 5) - Reverse Confetti: Save Water

Hello!  I'm slowly adding to my hop projects but this time around the administrative portion of the hop has me pretty busy.  I was so happy to be able to whip up this card this morning:

I can't believe this is the first time that I've stamped out that sentiment!  It is a combo of stamps from Reverse Confetti's Clink + For the Love of Latte.

I stamped the images from Caffeinated Cups on the bottom portion of my card base with Dark Roast ink.  I did some partial paper piecing using the Forever My Love paper pad (perfect name!).

I seldom design one layer cards so I'm pretty pleased with this one.

I'm linking up to (CAS)E this sketch!

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop (proj 4) You're a catch

We're well into Day Two of the 2018 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  When I last looked the count was at 372!  I have to catch up on commenting, I've made it through 200.

This is my project that features Lawn Fawn and Studio Katia, both are Super Sponsors for the hop!

I need to start by saying Eloise's card HERE and Kelly Marie's card HERE totally inspired me.

I've had the idea of the coffee and You're Claw-some for quite awhile but have never put the stamps to paper.

There's a smidge of masking on the machine and the Studio Katia to go cups from their Sweet Latte set.

I was going to do a shaped card like the card I linked above by Eloise but then opted to use Kelly Marie's design using Lawn Fawn papers.

That's it for me today, I'll be back tomorrow with what I hope to be a couple cards.  We're going flying so I'll have to be super organized about my time.

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop (proj 3) Power Poppy - You've bean on my mind

Hello and Welcome to Day Two of the Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  Did you have fun yesterday?  Wow, talk about loads of inspiration!  Loving all the linked up projects so far!  Have you joined in the fun yet?

Today I'm featuring a gorgeous image From Power Poppy:

Isn't it gorgeous?!  The Cup of Columbine set was recently released as part of their Clear Collection as Cheerful Columbine.

Here's how I was inspired, I colored the digital version, Cup of Columbine:

I'll be the first one to say that I'm no colorista.  After checking out Power Poppy's gorgeous IG account, I was a bit intimidated.  I grabbed some of my favorite colors and went to town.

I color slowly, mostly because as I get older my capabilities to 'stay in the lines' tends to be compromised with my slight case of 'squirrel'.  I'm easily distracted.

I tend to be a last minute nelly.  Is that a saying?  If it isn't, it is now.  Not sure why I don't start projects earlier but I keep telling myself I do better under pressure.  Oh yes, the administrative portion of the hop is quite time consuming too.

I thoroughly enjoyed coloring this project though.  I was apprehensive to color the background the pale green for fear I wouldn't end up liking it but I love it...Do you see the smidge of plaid pattern paper? Both the paper and the sentiment are by My Favorite Things.

A big Thank You to Power Poppy for providing the gorgeous digital images for the Coffee Loving Cardmaker's Design team for the hop!

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop (proj 2) - Trinity Stamps | Thinkin' about you

This is my second post for today click HERE for my first post.

I'm so excited to be guest designing for the brand new company, Trinity Stamps!  They are also a new Super Sponsor for the Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

You're going to love their new sets, check out Coffee with Character + Caffeinated Sentiments:

Both sets are simply FILLED with goodness.  I had so much fun stamping and coloring.  Did you see what I integrated?  I was trying to think of my color palette for my design and decided to incorporate Trinity Stamps' signature blue.

Oh yes, I love the bold lines of the designs and the delicate font for the sentiments.  All the images are nestled onto a strip of washi.  So clean + crisp!

Make sure you visit the Trinity Stamps blog for full product reveals and tons of inspiration!

2018 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

Well, today is the day...the first day of the 2018 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  For those alumni, it's been awhile, hasn't it?  We changed from quarterly to semi-annual this year.  The generosity of the Papercrafting Community is overwhelming.

Today's post is featuring Super Sponsor SugarPea Designs!

My card features:

SugarCut - Coffee To Go Cup
Caffeine Addict
SugarCut - Diagonal Striped CoverPlate

I happened to have a round wood veneer piece that worked perfectly with the Caffeine Addict stamp!

Who wouldn't love a matcha frappucino?  I dressed up my coffee to go cup with a corrugated sleeve and a metal pineapple...perfectly summery!

My card was inspired by the SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge:

Hero Arts: It's your birthday?

Hello and Happy Friday Eve!  I'm loving the Hero Arts DC231 Alpaca Stamp & Cut:

A little switch up in the color palettes can really make a new look.  Do you remember my last card that I shared using the same set?

No matter what palette he's dressed in, he's an adorable guy, don't you agree?

SugarPea Designs: bonjour

Have you played along with the newest SugarPea Designs Mix It Up Challenge?

Here's how I was inspired, I used the sketch and the color pink:

I combined the new Oh La La set with the Mugs & Kisses set.  Aren't they fun together?

I LOVE that bonjour word bubble, so sweet!  The Spots & Stripes Pastels panel is a fun way to add color to my overall design.  I like the kraft and pink combo.

I could really go for a croissant and latte right now!  In case you haven't read about it, the 2018 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers blog hop starts on Friday.  SugarPea Designs is just one of the fantastic Super Sponsors.
