Autumn Leaves | Clearly Besotted

Have you seen the newest Clearly Besotted release?  Oh my goodness, so filled with goodness.  They're pretty much sold out on all their sets but they are also available on Simon Says Stamp.  So it seems that I'm gravitating to Fall:

Eep!  Those penguins and the one has a LATTE!  I've combined:

All Four Seasons   |   Seasonal Sentiments

Candied Apple | Ripe Persimmon | Fossilized Amber

Fall is definitely my favorite season.  I love to wear sweaters, hats + scarves!

I hope you have a fabulous Sunday!

Just a note | Clearly Besottted

I've been wanting to ink up the Clearly Besotted - Pick A  Peony set.  It's a beauty!

I'm still smitten with black + white panels so I used my Mini MISTI and inked up one of the floral images with Versafine Onyx on a Neenah Solar White 110 panel.  I tried to ink the images fairly close together.  I used a Hero Arts Nesting Circle die for the center.

I used a Bristol panel and inked it up with

Ripe Persimmon  |  Abandoned Coral  |  Scattered Straw

I finished it off with water drops.  The base panel is Stampin' Up Calypso Coral.

The blooms have been colored with:

R21 | R22
Y15 | Y19
G00 | G12

The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted's Simply Said set.

This card is going to a dear friend that recently lost her Mother, see THIS post.  I just noticed on FB yesterday that her husband's birthday is today so you'll be seeing a masculine birthday card soon.

Thanks for stopping by.

Release Day | Clearly Besotted

Today is the day, it's the Clearly Besotted July Release Date!  Everything will be available in the Clearly Besotted + Simon Says Stamp shop at Noon Pacific.  I've had so much time guesting for Clearly Besotted and I'm truly grateful for the opportunity.

I do have one more card to share with you today, it features the gorgeous Darling Dahlia set.

Check out those gorgeous blooms!  I was to going to find a pretty pattern paper to go along with it but ended up blending some distress oxides:

Mulled Lavender    |    Dusty Concord

Really loving that sentiment too!

In case you missed Day 1 - Day 3, here's a peek at my projects:

A super big THANK YOU to Clearly Besotted for asking me to guest.  I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

July Release Teaser - Day Four | Clearly Besotted

I'm so excited to be helping out Clearly Besotted with their July Release.  This is Day 3 of the sneak peeks.  The new release will be available at Clearly Besotted tomorrow!  You're not going to want to miss it, there is so much goodness!

I'm featuring the following sets today:

Pop Up Plushies   |   Pop Up Props   |   Pop Up Psst

Tea and Sloths?  Yes, Please!

Eep, you're going to love the Pop Up Collection.  I used the little polaroid frame and made it into a window.  Love how that 'lil guy is perched in the window.  I stamped the background with the super cute tea cup from the Pop Up Props set.

Gah, I just love that little guy, he's just too cute!

I decorated the envelope!  I wanted to use the teapot from the Pop Up Props.  I couldn't wait to pop the lid on him like a beret!

July Release Teaser - Day Three | Clearly Besotted

It's Day Two of the Clearly Besotted July Sneak Peeks.  I'm honored to be guesting and I'm having so much fun inking up all of these CUTE sets.  Today I'm featuring the very fabulous Birds of a Feather set:

These guys are adorable, aren't they?  I love the different sentiments that are included too!

There are so many different ways you could color up these cuties.  I went with a more traditional color palette.

July Release Teaser - Day Two | Clearly Besotted

I am guesting for the very awesome Clearly Besotted!  I'm super honored to be designing alongside their terrific team.  Sneak peeks start today and run through July 1st when the July Release will be available!

Today I'm featuring the super cute Mischievous Mole set:

Gah, aren't those guys just too cute?!  Their goggles, they kill me.  I colored one set rose and the other in lavender.

I did some fussy cutting so the one mole could hold that sweet bloom.

I can't wait to see how the Clearly Besotted Design Team was inspired!

time for tea | Clearly Besotted

So, it seems I've been doing a bunch of shopping lately.  I couldn't resist Clearly Besotted's latest release.  It was their Love London set that sucked me in...LOL.  I also threw in Pick a Peony and Simply Said.

Here's how I was inspired:

Time for Tea!  Yes!

Spun Sugar   |   Picked Raspberry   |   Wilted Violet

Those hippos, they kill me, so cute.

That trio window was made using a circle die.  Whew, I'm not a fussy crafter but I'm happy with how they lined up.  I know, I just ordered something online that is similar.

I meant to whip up this card this morning but it took much longer than I thought.  Seems like a fairly basic coloring scheme, eh?  I ended up using 20 alcohol markers!  a mix of Copics and Spectrum Noirs.

Copics:

R05  |  R35
Y04  |  Y19
BG0000
B14  |  B06
C00  |  C0  |  C1  |  C2  |  C3  |  C5  |  C7  |  C9

Spectrum Noirs:

GY1  |  GY2
HB1  |  HB3
GG1
