Paper Sweeties 7th Birthday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

The Coffee Loving Cardmaker's Design Team is hopping in celebration of Super Sponsor Paper Sweeties 7th Birthday!  You should have arrived here from the Coffee Loving Cardmaker's blog, if not, you'll want to start there!

Here's how I was inspired:

I combined the Coffee, Yes Please + Eat Cake stamp sets!  I love the bold images, so fun to color.

I went with a favorite color combo, yellow + lavender.  I've been really gravitating to basic color combos and designs.  Makes the stamped images shine.

That's it for me!  Up next is my teamie Lori Turner!  The entire hop listing is available on the Coffee Loving Cardmaker's blog!

I combined them to create this card:

I love the look of the mixed font sentiment and the bold lines of the coffee cup.

They're also currently having a SALE:

My card was inspired by Laurel's Saturday Sketch Challenge:

2018 Fall | Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day One #2

Hello Hello!  I'm back again with another project to share for the 2018 Fall  |  Winter Coffee Lovers blog hop!  Have you hopped around?  As I type up this post I have managed to get through all the Super Sponsors blog post and they are incredible!  So filled with gorgeous projects and so much inspiration!

My goal is to post at least 2 projects a day during the week of the hop.  Commenting takes up a huge portion of my free time so we'll see how things end up.

This project features the Paper Sweeties - Coffee Yes Please stamps + coordinating sweet cuts!

That frap drink was inspired by the new Starbucks holiday drinks HERE.

I wanted the drinks to pop!  Love their bold lines.

The gingham paper was in my stash by A Muse.

My card was inspired by the current Fusion Card Challenge:

A big thank you to Super Sponsor Paper Sweeties!

Paper Sweeties 6th Anniversary | Guest Designer

I'm thrilled to be helping Paper Sweeties celebrate their 6th Anniversary!  Check out their newest challenge that starts today:

I'll be definitely sure to come back to play along with that fun inspiration!  The winner will receive a $100 shopping spree to Paper Sweeties. Voting is turned on for viewers to 'like' their favorites so the public can choose who wins!  There is also a coupon for 20% off any full-price products over on the Paper Sweeties blog!

I'm sharing two cards today so let's get started!  They feature Eat Cake, Keep Calm and Drink Coffee stamps + coordinating Sweet Cuts.

My first card features the Eat Cake stamp set.  I love this one, cake and tea = yes, please!

My card design was inspired by Sunday Stamps:

I love tilted panels!  Although funny story, I gave my Momma a card that was designed with a tilted panel.  She whispers to me that I might want to fix it since it was crooked (Sigh).

My next card features the Keep Calm and Drink Coffee stamps + coordinating Sweet Cuts:

Think Kona Coffee!  This card was fun to put together.  The papers are from a shop in Maui called Island Paperie.  I love the coffee cup Sweet Cuts!  I mounted the pattern paper on black craft foam for some visual interest.

Did you happen to see my psychedelic steam?  It's some fun embossing powder that I've had forever.  The pattern paper is a bit 'slick' so I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Onyx and quickly covered it with WOW! Clear Embossing Powder.  That will set the ink, I hope :)

My card was inspired by CAS(E) this sketch!

Thanks so very much for stopping by today!  Make sure you check out the Paper Sweeties blog and wish them a Happy Anniversary!

Paper Sweeties: Keep Calm and Drink Coffee

Have you seen the latest release from Paper Sweeties?!  I'm smitten by the Keep Calm and Drink Coffee stamp and coordinating Sweet Cuts!

Yes, you're on my blog...even with all that glorious purple.  Not a drop of GREEN!  I used the NEW Hero Arts Ombre Hydrangea pad on the coffee cup, isn't it fun?!

Just say YES to Ken Oliver Crafts - Color Burst.  It makes for an amazing background, doesn't it?

I topped off my card with the Waffle Flower - Flower Circles Inverted Die.  The gold glittery goodness just makes everything else POP, doesn't it?!

So excited to have Paper Sweeties as a returning  Super Sponsor for the Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

My card was inspired by the current CASEing DT challenge!

Paper Sweeties - 25 Days of Christmas Holiday Blog Hop!

I'm so happy to be guesting for Paper Sweeties!  Make sure you check their blog for today's special sale!  Here's how I was inspired:

I've been having so much fun with the But First, Coffee and Eat Cake stamp sets!  They are so great to mix and match!  I colored them with my Zig markers and heat embossed the sentiment in white.

I don't know about you but I'm smitten with plaid!

This design could easily be a holiday card or perhaps just a happy winter!

but first, coffee

eat cake

I was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches:

Thanks so much for stoppin' by and Happy Holidays!

2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day Six: Not a creature was stirring...

Yes, I'm back again with another Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop project, post 2 of 2 for today.  I'm working on a list of cards that I want to make before the close of the hop.  I'm cautiously optimistic that it will happen.

This card cracks me up:

Let's start from the bottom and work our way up!  I'm slowly using my Basic Grey Juniper Berry paper pad.  Since they're no longer in business I've been hoarding it....I know, I know, best if it is used.

The coffee pot and cup are from two different Paper Sweeties sets:

It's a great time to get these, they're 50% off!

I've teamed them up with the STAMPlorations - Big Grins by Becca Cruger - Caffeinated Christmas.

Big Shout out to the following Super Sponsors:

paper sweeties

stamplorations

Don't forget about International Tea Day tomorrow!
