Holiday Greetings | The Stamp Market

I'm part of a group that designs 5 holiday cards a month.  I need that extra motivation for this Christmas!  I had fun at the last The Stamp Market sale.  I used the Big Botanicals + Holiday Greetings dies.

So last month I told myself to use more diecutting than coloring.  I changed my mind, LOL.  All the diecutting and glueing was a bit much.  I managed to create six cards though!  My design was inspired by THIS card.

I'm linking up to my friends at Jingle Belles, their current challenge is Die-Cutting!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Thanks for being such a Peach | The Greetery

I'm recovering slowly from the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  It literally takes over my crafty life for over 2 weeks.  The hubby is well aware when I'm in the midst of a hop.  It was another great event, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.  I always enjoy it, all the inspiration is truly amazing.

I'm switching gears from caffeinated designs to fruit inspired.  I could easily become a fruitarian.  Love them in real life and in my crafty life.  Today I'm sharing a card that that features The Greetery's Just Peachy Bundle.  I've become such a super slow crafter that this came together over a couple different crafty sessions.  It's truly amazing as you see it transform from a stencil trio and then detail stamps:

Funny thing, I meant to start with a pale blue panel, not white.  I didn't realize/remember about it until I had completely finished the panel.  Next time I will start with the blue panel.

The Crimped Frame die was part of my first order from The Greetery.  I love it, reminds me of pastries.  This card is super heavy of foam adhesive, definitely not postal friendly.

I started off with an A2 panel and did all the stenciling and stamping and decided to use the Crimped Frame.  Honestly, I held my breath because I would have been super sad if I didn't like the results.  I love how it turned out.  The crimped panel is on foam adhesive...actually both crimped frames are.

It's absolutely sunny here in the PNW so this card is perfect for today.  I hope you have an amazing week.  Hopefully I'll be posting my monthly holiday cards in the next two days!

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day Three!

We're on Day Three of the Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  It continues to be filled with caffeinated fun.  Today will be more of the same and Happy Sunday!

Today I'm featuring projects that feature Close To My Heart:

My Friends at CTMH sent me a box full of goodies that I combined with the previously released Whole Latte Love set.

Let's chat about my first card:

The sentiments are from the Whole Latte Love set.  The cardstock is Lemonade with one of the images from Charming Backgrounds stamped in Candy Apple ink.  The main sentiment is stamped in the same color.  The jar, which is part of all three cards is from the Eat Play Love - Cardmaking Stamp + thin Cuts set.  The Lemonade panel is from the Coordinating Cardstock set. You can't tell from the photog but the green ribbon is loaded up with Wink of Stella.

My next card uses paper from the Eat Play Love Paper Packet.  This collection is so fresh + fun with such a cheery color combo!  If you've been following me for awhile, you know that I love all fruits so love this cherry pattern.  The trim is from one of the 12x12 sheets.  The jar has been stamped onto vellum.  I colored it in on the backside of the die cut shape.  The ribbon has been paper pieced with Sweet Leaf Cardstock.

My Final card uses the jar, this time stamped on white cardstock and topped with one of the Eat Play Love Wood Shapes.  The Yellow plaid is the 12x12 that has the red floral border.  I love the contrast in colors.  The sentiment is from the Whole Latte Love stamp set, heat embossed in white on black cardstock.

I've always been a huge fan of coordinated collections.  The Eat Play Love set is filled with different pieces that makes it super easy to mix 'n match!

A big thank you to CTMH for sending me the goodies and to Chris Franco for being a Super Sponsor!

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day Two!

We're on Day Two of the Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  Yesterday was filled with caffeinated fun!  Today will be more of the same and it's the weekend.

Today I have a project that features Unity Stamp Co:

I recently picked up Graciellie's Coffee Is Life Background.  I teamed it with her Stay Strong set.

The background stamp was inked up with CTMH Green Apple ink and stamped on Ballerina Cardstock.

The cup from Stay Strong is on a circle vellum panel.  The drink has been colored with copics.

Unity Stamp Co has been a long time Super Sponsor of the Coffee Lovers Blog Hops.  Check out their Prize Package for this hop:

Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day One!

Today is the start of the 2021 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  The fun starts over at the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog.  It's a full week of inspiration and prizes!

My goal is to post daily so let's get to it.  Today's project combines:

Trinity Stamps + Gina K Designs

Here's how I was inspired:

One of my favorite mug shaped dies is by Trinity Stamps - Coffee Mug Card Die set.  It's a great size and has a gift card holder for the interior.

The quote and the rainbow are by Gina K Designs - Be the Rainbow set.  I LOVE it.  I was a bit of a rebel and cut apart the rainbow so that I could ink them up in different colors:

Melon Ice
Mint To Be

That's it for me today.  I'm going to be hopping all morning, I hope you will be too!  A big shout out to all of our awesome Super Sponsors!  My project today features the following Super Sponsors for this hop:

You're a cool chick | Lawn Fawn

I was grabbing a bunch of Lawn Fawn sets to play along in their current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge - Inspired by a Book, Movie or Song.  I just couldn't get the images to work, I had either Charlotte's Web or Monsters Inc in mind.  So I decided to use some of their new release combined with some of their older sets to create this Easter basket scene:

I combined:

Textured Dot Cardstock
Sunburst Backdrop
Build-A-Basket, Easter
Chirpy Chirp Chirp
Outside in Stitched Mug
Grassy Border
Outside in Stitched Flower
Stitched Flower Frame
Love you a Latte

The Easter Basket has components cut from cork.  Do you see what I did?  I added the handle from the Outside in Stitched Mug.

The Stitched Flower pieces I've had since they were released and well, I never used them until now.

Hello Friend | Angie Blom Digital Designs

Last weekend I was able to gather with a friend.  We socially distanced in our cars, in a parking garage while it poured outside.  She was so sweet and gave me a bouquet of gorgeous tulips.

While surfing IG I came across Rachelle's gorgeous tulip card that thoroughly inspired me.  It is the Angie Blom Digital Designs - Just For You Tulips.  I bought that plus a couple others.  Here is how I was inspired:

The digital set contains two jpgs that are formatted for A2 or Slimline designs.  I thought that was a great idea so I decided to use the A2 format.  What was suppose to be a quick card took longer because I printed out the digital on white cardstock and proceeded to think that I wanted to color the background in BV0000.  Yeah, no, that didn't work so well.  I ended up fussy cutting the image that I copic colored.  I printed out the A2 design again on CTMH Lilac cardstock.  The colored image was adhered with foam adhesive and I finished it off with a couple more black detail dots.

Just a reminder if you aren't following Coffee Loving Cardmakers, the Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop starts next Friday!

Let the Good Times Roll | Catherine Pooler Designs

I picked up a new hobby, compliments of my girl, roller skating!  So when I spotted the Catherine Pooler Designs - Let the Good Times Roll set, I knew I had to have it.

Originally when I was designing the card, it was much busier so I changed things up and kept it clean and fun.  The strips are copic colored to match the skates, which by the way look like mine!

Don't you love the Essential Circles for Stitching by Ellen Hutson?  They aren't just for stitching.  It's a great way to add detail but not take things too busy.

Thanks for stopping by!
